2022 Paving Program
Bids for the 2022 Paving Program will be received by the City of Riverside at 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431, until Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: The milling and overlaying of existing pavement on Meyer Avenue, Lynnhaven Drive and Eastman Avenue. The project will also consist of full depth base repair areas, curb replacement, storm improvements, and spot sidewalk upgrades along the project route.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One.
All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required.
DOMESTIC STEEL USE REQUIREMENTS AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 153.011 OF THE REVISED CODE APPLY TO THIS PROJECT. COPIES OF SECTION 153.011 OF THE REVISED CODE CAN BE OBTAINED FROM ANY OF THE OFFICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.
Bidder must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Montgomery County and the City of Riverside, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, (614) 644-2239.
