The City of Riverside does have leaf collection through Republic Service. All leaves must be bagged and placed out with your regular trash on your pick up day. If you have regular yard waste, like brush, it must be broken down into 3 foot sections and bundled.
Due to the rapid increase of yard waste being placed out by Residents, right now, Republic is bringing a separate truck to pick up yard waste. If you put bags of leaves out with your cans and notice it is not picked up with your regular trash, just leave it out and they will return for it.
