Mortgage, Rent & Utility Assistance Programs

August 12, 2020

The HomeOwnership Center of Greater Dayton has partnered with Montgomery County to help local homeowners who have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Mortgage Assistance Program can help homeowners catch up on their mortgage, avoiding foreclosure. These programs are available to people who experienced a loss of income after March 1, 2020 due to the pandemic. Loss of income includes layoff, reduced work hours, furlough or reduction in pay.

Residents can also apply for a program to help those behind in gas, electric, water or bulk fuel utility payments.

Please visit the links below for more information on each program and how to apply.
