Request for Proposals – Financial Management Software

The City of Riverside is seeking bids for financial management software per the request for proposals (RFP) available at the link below. Bids will be received until 5:00 PM local time on January 28, 2022 via email at and opened immediately thereafter. The full Notice for Bidders can be viewed at the link below.

Prospective bidders may address inquiries to the City Manager at The City of Riverside reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and to award the bid or bids to the lowest and best qualified bidder as deemed to be in the best interest of the City, as determined by the City Manager and/or City Council.

The City received one question during the vendor question submittal period, inquiring whether a digital version of Section 2 – System Requirements could be made available to facilitate easier scoring. A version of this section in Microsoft Excel is attached for vendor reference. As a reminder, proposals are due to by 5:00 PM local time on Friday, January 28th.

March 4, 2022 Update:
The City has completed its review and scoring process for submitted bids. Based on the results of this process, the City has shortlisted three vendors: BS&A Software, Software Solutions, and Tyler Technologies.
